Phished helps companies enhance their employees’ cybersecurity awareness, while our partner company Bringme is conquering the market with their innovative virtual receptionist and digital concierge solutions. Our rapid growth brings exciting new challenges, and we’re looking for a talented Office Manager to become the organizational backbone of both companies.

What does your role entail?

  • Meeting Room Management: Ensure all meeting rooms are always ready for use and assist in planning internal and external meetings.

  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, from bookings to organizing transportation and accommodations.

  • Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, compare quotes, and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Facility Management: Act as the go-to person for staff inquiries, manage office supplies, and coordinate cleaning and minor repairs.

  • Fleet Management: Oversee the company’s fleet, including vehicle orders, handling damage cases, and managing related administration.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with processing documentation, invoices, and other operational tasks.

  • Event Organization: Plan and organize both in-person and online team events.
