Our sole focus is on generating demand, and we are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
What Your Job Entails
- Seeking and closing new accounts in the Netherlands.
- Coordinating the setup of our products with new and existing customers.
- Preparing and following up on quotes and contracts both within the company and with customers.
- Managing the customer relationship from discovery call to closing and overseeing your existing portfolio.
- Ensuring timely and accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
- Supporting the building of strong, sustainable customer relationships.
Job requirements
Must-Haves
- A crucial mindset as a proactive, driven worker who always puts the customer first and has the desire to keep learning.
- Experience in Solution Selling is a must, and experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- You build strong trust relationships quickly and feel at home in various sectors; your communication skills are excellent.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is an asset.
- You are a team player and can set clear boundaries.
- You are stress-resistant and can handle confidential information.
- You have a "get things done" attitude.
- A strong personality that thinks solution- and customer-oriented.
