Senior PHP/Laravel back-end engineer (f/m/x)

Across Europe, we’re transforming company receptions with our virtual receptionist and reshaping residential projects with our digital concierge—fully automated systems that take over the tasks of a traditional receptionist or concierge. We’re currently looking for a Senior PHP/Laravel back-end engineer with both back-end and front-end development experience to join our Bringme family. You’ll join a team that solves real-world problems every day, embraces new challenges, and works on products used at scale. We grow fast—so every day brings something new to build, improve, or rethink.

What will you be doing?

• You will join a dynamic team responsible for the further development of our software platform.

• You’ll design, build, and roll out new features aligned with the product & technical roadmap.

• You’ll be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle—from ideation and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.

• You’ll help prepare our platform to serve even more and larger customers by improving scalability, performance, and reliability.

• As a senior developer, you’re expected to influence technical direction, mentor peers, and leave your mark on our development processes and products.

• You embrace (and ideally already use) modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or workflow automation tools like n8n to work smarter and faster.

Technical skills

• You already have several years of experience as a PHP Developer and have extensive hands-on experience with Laravel.

• You have experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Livewire and Tailwind CSS.

• You have worked with MySQL.

• You have experience building RESTful APIs.

• You have a strong focus on code quality, automated testing, and maintainability.

• Version control (e.g. Git) is something you can't do without.

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Bonus points

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud environments.

• Experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core).

• Familiarity with DDD and CQRS.

• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

• Experience with Docker and container-based development.

• Understanding of large-scale application performance and scalability.
